The Velo Bike Shop

Went into Velo today and was pleasantly surprised! Cute little shop, tucked into a cozy and accessible location. Meredith behind the desk was exceptional help and very kind as well as her peer who helped me out, despite them being SWAMPED. I’ll definitely be bringing my business back here again!

Both the entrance and parking are in the rear. Accepts both cash and card. These guys are great! They are knowledgeable, thorough, and always ready to answer all my [very novice] questions, which I appreciate very, very much. The shop is clean, well-organized, and ever-growing, offering up everything from assembled bikes to accessories to components to helmets, lights, and tires (oh my!)...the list keeps going. I cannot say enough good things about my experiences with the Velo. This year I’ve brought in two of my bicycles I’ve had for a couple of years to have some long-planned updates and upgrades installed. THE Velo bike shop is convenient, well staffed, and affordable price. They repaired flat tires on my bike several times, very courteous and friendly staff.
