Rented bikes, which was AMAZING!! Service is top notch. I was a little trepidatious, as it was my first time riding an ebike. It was fantastic!! We had a great experience with Alcatraz tour! Initially I bought bike and Alcatraz tour package, but regretted later. We went to 571 Post St to get our tickets and Moustafa- the nicest person - was very helpful and agreed to exchange our tickets for Alcatraz+cruise tour free of charge, although this package was more expensive. Moustafa was so nice that he even sang a song and danced for my husband’s Birthday and gave him a present- a new package of chewing gums that he bought for his kids! Hi...

Great service, very good price. I rented a city bike for a city tour. And then the next day a race bike to go to Muir Woods. Both were decent bikes. Great host named Aladdin. Very nice and service oriented person

I Rented 2 bikes on Sanfrancisco and had an amazing experience. He helped my wife find the perfect bike and lowered the seat for her multiple times to make sure she was comfortable. He explained all the areas we should visit and made our experience great. We will be booking more trips and another day of bikes this week. Awesome place awesome staff.
