I had an issue where my left crank arm broke and the inner diamond shape was worn into a circle. The team at Velocipede Cyclery helped me out right away and quickly reinstalled everything for me. They were super friendly, professional, and efficient. I really appreciate their help—highly recommend this shop!

Any number of features about this shop is great, but what stood out to me is the transparency with which they perform service. They don't recommend anything unnecessary, and indeed will discuss with you what level of service or quality of parts makes sense. They don't automatically order the most expensive components, but discuss with you which parts may work for you and why. I am a picky cust...
