I absolutely love my new eBike. Check out New Wheel's new store location on Valencia Street. It's huge, bright, organized and fully equipped with dozens of different eBike models and a top-notch sales and service team. You can schedule test rides on quite a few different bikes after filling out a brief survey describing your 2-wheeled transportation needs and wants. They also have a store in the North Bay right next to the ferry terminal. New Wheel ROCKS!

Really great shop. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and most importantly highly knowledgeable on every bike they sale. They were quickly able to establish my use case and make relevant recommendations for a bike that would exactly fit my needs. They took me on a guided test ride, which was a comfortable and positive experience.and made it easy for me to ask questions ensuring I fully understood the bike I was riding and what features were available. I recently bought a bike from New Wheel, and it was a great experience.
