I had always thought that this way an excellent bike store. I had a bike which I could not put together without specific parts. I had taken my digital caliper's and took detailed notes on parts needed. When I went I was told that without the bike being there he could not guarantee the parts would fit even with detailed notes. Ignore any of the ridiculous 1-star reviews. If you want knowledgable, outstanding service or need specialization in cargo and folding bikes, this is where you go. I saw them go through tons of bikes during the time I shared my little spot in their store years ago now. Wish I could still cut cardboard for ya'll 🤙
