Alien Rides Electric Scooters, Bikes and EUCs

Our InMotion scooter’s neck broke while it was just riding on the road…had it less than a year. We had called in earlier this year around June to get a part ordered so we can fix it—they said call in couple weeks after part is ordered. Called in July and still waiting for parts. I've bought several EUCs from these guys, and ordered many parts. They always warranty the parts if possible, and they always have very good customer service.

If you are in the EUC world, this place is the best. The staff is amazing. Just great people. Treat them well!

I went for some simple repairs for my Kingsong s20. I didnt think it would cost me 300 for a tire replacement and install but Whatever. I bought the tire online before hand, that was no problem just needed the innertube. I have and issue with their service. Apparently quality of service is not a priority as they didnt put all the screws back in place. I didnt catch it until today Its been 7 months since it was done. SAD

Absolutely terrible customer service. Been trying to resolve an issue with my scooter since May and it takes them at least a month between every response.. Awful experience.. I don't even want the scooter anymore but it's outside the return window. $3000 scooter and it's unusable after 11 miles. Never buy Kaabo and never buy from AlienRides. Update Sept 2025: another month goes by without a response from Alien Rides support.
