I bought my Tern HSD S11 about a year ago from Avenue Cyclery and have put 2,000 miles on it. I’ve been back a couple of times for new brakes and a flat tire. The workers here are amazing. Especially the asian guy who is very welcoming and has a lot of patience. I highly recommend this shop!

I loved the trek rental bikes. They are so well maintained. It was easy to ride out to Sausalito over the Golden Gate Bridge and back on their rental bikes. The service was great and they will continue to be our go to bike rental place when we visit San Francisco

Amazing service! My pedals were so stuck I had destroyed a multitool taking one off. The staff took the other off and swapped them in a jiffy, thank you so much!!
