Allen did a pre-purchase bike fit for me. I have a chronic hip injury, and on my old bike any sort of sustained climbing or ride longer than 20miles was a process of fighting through pain and then spending the next week rehabilitating my hip. Allen had a thorough understanding of the biomechanics underpinning my pain. Allen is really meticulous and informative. I recommend if you are buying a bike to first get yourself fitted for measurements and then zero in on the bike that works for you. Or order a custom bike. It’s well worth the effort to reach out and do a bike fit. And once you get the bike you can return to do a finesse fit. He also has shoes and crank arms and saddle you can purchase after or during your fit. This is a strong recommendation.

Hard to say what hasn't been said, Allen is extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented, friendly, professional, and an excellent communicator. I haven't had another bike fit before so I don't have much frame of reference comparing to other bike fitters, but I can say I had an excellent experience and my bike feels vastly more comfortable and efficient than before. Allen was a great fitter! He took the time to do a full, detailed physical assessment upfront and apply it to my fit, which was important to me bc I've had a number of sports injuries. Lastly, as a beginner to cycling, I appreciated Allen's patience answering my many, many questions!
