Freewheel Bike Shop

Rob is an exceptional mechanic and always takes the time to explain what needs to be done to fix any issue. Been going to freewheel for all of my bike needs and they always perform top level service. Best bike shop that I’ve been to in a long time!

I had them change my tire once, but boy were they not nice. Seeing other reviews confirms this, they even take the time to reply, each time saying they remember the encounter only to dismiss, never apologize. You won’t remember me though. You change tires out often i bet. If this many people caught a bad vibe from you, maybe you could work on not making us feel like dummies for simply trying to give you our business. Bad vibes, 2 stars not 1 for performing the service, won’t be back

Stopped in to free-wheel bike shop had them change a flat for me yeah it was a little expensive but when I got the bike back it rode like it was brand new definitely will be using these guys again if necessary and check out the youngster if it wasn't for him talking to me a few weeks ago I would have never remembered this bike shop definitely a shout out

This shop is amazing. Small two person team that can fix almost anything (everything from flat tires to custom aerobar integration). They are really nice people and work their butts off.
