ONYX Motorbikes

I paid nearly $6,500 for an e-bike I never received. Now they're advertising me to pay for a new bike. I don’t care if it’s taken over by a new company or not. I truly believe this was all intentional. Do what’s right and pay all the people you scammed back their hard earned money.

Onyx definitely had issues regarding an overly optimistic timeline for delivery and relative lack of open communication. However, the bikes are coming out (I got mine last week) and they have made great effort to improve their communication and customer support. Great company, and great bike! I took delivery of one of the first few bikes, and have had zero issues over the last 1600 miles. Tim is an awesome guy with a great vision, and James was able to take what Tim started and make it ever better. Bikes are getting shipped every week, and they still manage to quickly respond to inquiries in their help system. My only regret is not purchasing a second bike when I first placed my pre-order.

Unfortunately have to give them 1 star. Just an overall poor experience. 3-4 month delivery estimate was expected, brand new bike having major problems at only 19.5 miles was not expected. Waited 2 weeks for their tech dept to give me some sort of solution to repair the bike, & they never gave me a response. I ordered mine 9/1/2020 Happy to keep yall updated on my experience and expectations. Im so impatient to get my bike and i have yet to ride one C² is all in. I live in the sf bay area and once i get my bike in far-near future i wish i can get my first responder self to work quicker ; more efficiently and above all SAFELY. Onyx team do your thing. Ill be impatiently patiently waiting. If only they did loaner bikes. I'm mid lifestyle change and want to get ahead of the game.
