Great team. Brendan took his time to help me pick out a great seat, pulled multiple bikes off the rack for me to sit on, pushed ME to be more patient while sitting on various seats so that I would be sure I got the right one (I felt bad taking up his time while he was holding the bikes steady for me to sit on).
