Amazing service, we were given all right information about big bus to bike rentals and Alcatraz tickets!! Take a chance to see this location and grab your tours and bikes. 100% recommended. You will prefer grabbing an E-Bike and expend your day in the city 100%!! Even tho it’s a bit pricy for some people but an all day rental worth it!! Yayy

they make more off of a stolen bike than off of the rental. therefore they have no incentive to give you a decent bike lock or put airtags on their bikes or take any real preventive measures to keep the bikes from getting stolen. the 200$ rental of a 1400$ e-bike ended up costing 1900$. i wouldn’t be surprised if they pay people to steal the bikes. ours was stolen at the market right after the ferry back from sausalito. beware. this feels a lot like a scam

Great service! Ebikes were brand new and come with a bag, helmet, and lock. We had plenty of power left after a full day of use to tour the Golden Gate Bridge and ferry back from Sausalito! Highly recommended!
