As others have said, this place is amazing. They repaired a small issue for me for free twice. If they do that for you, please try to tip if you have cash. I have also brought my MTB for a major repair there as well and they were so nice and got everything done perfectly. I will only use them going forward.

Stellar bike work and knowledge, great vibes, clear communication, and all things enjoying the scenic routes in life! I've built a bike up from scratch with the mechanics, repaired and comfortized my city cruiser, and purchased their fine curated goods like bags, shirts, and bandannas. They're my go to spot for all things bikes in San Francisco!

One of those bike shops you can just roll into and get a reasonable service with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I needed a small repair for my bike and Paul quickly and professionally took care of it.
