Amazing bike shop. Went in to upgrade my drivetrain to SRAM etap on my gravel / commuting bike and am very pleased with the work and professionalism at swell. Ron was super knowledgeable and helpful and I will definitely be going back for any service or additional upgrades for my bike.

Not owning a business in San Francisco and not dealing with the public, it's easy to criticize so take my review with a grain of salt. Swell Bicycles is spectacular! They get the Jeff H. best bicycle repair shop in San Francisco award. Today, they installed new brake pads and a new chain for $200 on my Easy Motion Gravel-x PW by BH Bikes. Beistegui Hermanos is a Spanish bicycle manufacturer. Email Sent After Rescheduled Appt.: I came in yesterday to get my bike fixed, and apparently I was the one who made the mixup on the drop-off time, but because of my busy schedule I won't be able to drop off my bike on the rescheduled appointment we made. Had a tubeless puncture twice on a ride and limped to Swell for an emergency replacement. They said they were too busy with repairs so refused service and I had to call my wife to drive here and pick me up.
