Colin is the best bike repairman I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I had two separate issues and he was extremely knowledgeable and quick to help solve both of them. 1) helped remove seized bike pedal, install a new one, and assess my bikes safety 2) broken spoke for which he helped cut a new spoke to length. Prices have always been reasonable and vibe has been welcoming. Thankful to have a great bike shop in the cow hollow area!

Great questions and big hearted understanding of me and what I wanted without judgement. This is a stellar shop, with all the best aspects of a great bike shop. Matt was super helpful, dialed in my sizing perfectly and allowing some flex as my schedule changed. Rented a gravel bike for six days and got several amazing rides in -- bike performed perfectly. Would highly recommend!!

This Trek visit was very impressive. While using the rental service, I was very satisfied with the service that I did my best to enjoy the ride in the same condition as the bicycle I normally use. Had some issues arise during a day in the city, dropped in for some help and they were able to get on it and have it done very quickly. Very nice, knowledgeable, and professional staff. Might be the best looking bike shop I've ever stepped into, just want to hang out and take in the vibe!
