Huge shoutout to Nathan for the incredible service on my triathlon bike. He did a full service and deep clean, extracted corroded screws, cleaned up rust, re-waxed my chain, and cleaned/replaced my tubeless sealant. Even though some parts had to be ordered, Nathan kept me in the loop throughout and worked as quickly as possible once everything arrived. The attention to detail and communication were top-notch, and my bike rides like a dream now. Couldn’t recommend him more!

Nathan was amazing - knowledgeable, patient, and a great communicator. I had a Trek with a chain-drop cut in the frame and wanted to transplant all my components onto a newer-generation frame that was missing all the small pieces. Nathan took the time to look up everything, quoted me on work and parts, and kept me updated during the almost two weeks of the build. He called whenever questions came up or pieces were missing. I typically don't write reviews, but my experience at this store was so top tier that it warranted one. Nathan (the store manager) was very friendly and made the experience of purchasing my first bike from a retailer very easy. In under a half hour, I was able to get all my questions answered, test ride my new bike (Domane AL Gen 5), and get all the necessary accessories. If you are hesitant to make the purchase, do it and do it from this store!

Huge shout out to Nathan for not only helping me source new brakes for my bikes warranty, but also completing the work ahead of schedule and even waiting for me to show up after closing to get my bikes in the shop. After going to my other bike store closer to me, I wasn’t happy but Nathan turned everything around and I’m happy to say I’ll definitely be returning to this store. Thanks Nathan!

I don't usually write reviews, but this place is great. Nathan is awesome: very knowledgable, friendly, enthusiastic, and a lover of everything bikes. I walked out with a great bike under absolutely no pressure.
