Nathan and Will went above and beyond to make sure everything was dialed in perfectly, took the time to answer every question I had, and treated my build like it was their own. Joey was very helpful and informative in helping us pick out a bike. We tried out three different bikes and he patiently help us decide the pros and cons of each. We ended up leaving with a bike! Would recommend

Really fantastic experience. Joey took a ton of time to answer all my questions about bike models, sizing, accessories, nearby routes, safety/theft, etc. Personal and straightforward experience, I didn't feel any undue pressure to buy, and so happy with the bike (& free included service plan/warranty) - made more sense than hunting for a used one.

Even though I am not in the neighborhood, Valencia Cyclery is my go-to bike shop for special orders and other bike parts and apparel, etc. In all honesty, most of my experience is in the retail store and not the repair store so I can't vouch across the board but I always have an amazing experience in the retail store. Everyone who's ever helped me there has been unpretentious, kind, friendly, knowledgable, and professional - and all in a very genuine way.
