David was incredibly helpful and the amazing thing about this awesome shop was their extreme efficiency. They performed a lot of repairs on my scooter and had me in and out in an hour!! Their prices are fair and they are friendly and truly concerned about your scooter and the quality of work to be performed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to go here, and you will be making a BIG mistake if you go anywhere else!

I just took my BM e-bike to Wilson's and they cleaned and tuned it thoroughly in ~30/40 min. It's like new. They can repair almost any brand or problem and will work on it while you grab a bite around the corner. Most e-bike shops will only work on certain brands that they sell, charge $100+ for just the clean and minor tune, and take weeks to complete the service with an appointment. Had a great experience at Wilson’s E-Scooters & E-Bikes! My scooter got a flat tire and they fixed it super fast and for a really good price. I just walked in-no appointment-and they had it done in like 10 minutes. The guy working on it was super efficient and even checked the air in my other tire and my brakes. I bought my scooter there in May of 2025. Spent 2k. 2 weeks later i get a flat tire. Didnt ride it hard or anything and they couldnt chnage my tire for free even though i had just got it from them. Now in January 2026 my scooter had electrical problem which I was told would be under warranty for a year. Took it in because my screen stopped working and they gave me every excuse as to why the warranty wouldn't cover the repair. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy anything here unless you want t...
