The staff at Bicycle Chain is OUTSTANDING. I’m doing a 200+ mile ride at the end of summer and they have all been over the top supportive with maintenance, expertise, advice, and of course the right gear! They are excellent at leading you to right product tier as far as price and quality based on your riding goals! They’re also friendly, fairly priced, and have quick turnaround time for repairs and maintenance. Highly recommend!

Great service, great knowledge and the best products. We have a Specialized ebike from the store. Big shout out to Matt at the Bicycle Chain who helped us - he was great. We did have an issue with our bike. Matt helped us and contacted Specialized who was also involved and solved the problem. Cannot say enough about the help from all parties. Great bike shop with a great product.

Brought my bike in to get fixed up, a tune up maybe but for sure it needed a new back tire rim. The spike was broken. Almost 2 weeks later I went in to check on it because I didn’t hear anything from them. They said the to do list was going to cost $415. No thanks, fix the back tire and move on. They did only that.$155 for a new back tire rim, but they didn’t put air in the front tire, didn’t put a new gear guard on the back tire for me. Awesome experience finding my new bike here! I’m a novice rider and the staff walked me through all the different models and options for a bike. I was able to test ride a handful of bikes and found the perfect fit. Highly recommend these guys!
