They were able to reconcile an issue I had with my bike skipping right away after Eriks in Maple Grove couldn't figure out the issue repeatedly. Very helpful, took time to talk with me about my bike and shared some mechanical knowledge. I highly recommend them.

I wasn't even sure that this was a retail store when I've driven by, I thought it was a place people would pick up large size items. It's good to know that there's a REI closer to home than the store I wax going to
