I brought new downhill skis and bindings into Erik's to be mounted. Details of the timeline and my experience are below, but the summary is - I'd suggest you find another place to mount bindings. I had an excellent experience working with Mark! As a total noob who didn't REALLY know what I needed, he understood what would suit me best and helped me find the best products for me. He was thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. I'll be back for sure!

Mark was a delight to work with! I came in expecting just to return some bike shoes I bought online. He heard my grumblings about how hard it was to find bike shoes and all of a sudden, he had set me up with a pair that fit perfectly! I also got really great advise on using them! I placed an online order with Erik’s for a bike helmet. I indicated I wished to pick it up in the Highland store. I never received a confirmation that the order was being filled and I would be notified when it was ready. I never heard back. After 2 weeks I emailed Erik’s help address. I received an apology the next day via email but was told the item was at the Roseville store - a far less convenient location for me. But the help I received at the Roseville location was attentive, apologetic ...

Great experience buying snowboard boots at the Roseville location. The staff on hand was a rider herself, knew the products, and didn't mind me taking a long time to try all the different boots and finally make a decision. She also called some of the other stores to see what they had in stock in the size I wanted. I couldn't have asked for more.
