Best bike shop around! These folks will take good care of your bike and get you what you need. I appreciate them ordering special parts for my Bianchi and making the bike run like new. Fair prices and even helped me save some. Love this shop and recommend it to all my friends!

Amazing shop! I ordered the Wahoo bundle online and was notified that the v2 had some problems so I was upgraded to the v3. I did have to wait a bit longer than I initially expected, but the package arrived quickly when it shipped. Will definitely stop by if I'm ever in NY.

POOR SERVICE, took my bike for maintenance after telling me it will take 20 min. waited for over an hour, just to be up charged when the warranty should have covered the cost. The owner doesn’t know what he’s doing and relies heavily on his staff. All that to then be patronized after I payed. VERY DISRESPECTFUL and DISAPPOINTING! Good staff TERRIBLE LEADERSHIP.

I want to give a big shout-out to Jake, the bike repair technician from Ride Brooklyn! I was participating in my 8th Five Boro Bike Tour today when, at mile 32, my chain broke. Jake came through with quick, friendly service and had my bike back up and running in no time, all with a smile.
