Went in for a recent tune up, fitting and enhancement to a bike I purchased through a third party, earlier this year. The team at Handlebars are unequivocally second to none!! I have been to many a bike shop in the WNY area and time and time again, this team/company rises above the rest. Professional, honest, cool, knowledgable, courteous and all of the crew go above and beyond what their asked for. Specifically referring to Dave - he is an incredible asset to Handlebars and the WNY cycling...

Stopped in to get an estimate for a tune up on my 10+ year old mountain bike... They did a fantastic job including helping put on a new pedal I wasn't able to do myself and a new chain. They communicated well, and didn't try to oversell me on anything. Special thanks to Gary, be sure to stop here before you go to big box stores for new bikes or repairs!

I decided to move from a hybrid to a road bike and, after looking around, Handlebars had exactly what I wanted. I hung out while they helped another customer and the level of service they gave that customer pretty much sold me on this shop. They spent a ton of time helping me with fit and riding position. I left the shop with a great bike at a great price and the confidence that they will provide great service. Please buy local!

This is the place to go when you need knowledgeable employees who can actually help you with your bike. I went here recently to get a wheel and cassette sorted out and they gladly helped me out, even though they were short-staffed and it was right before closing time. I was able to ride over 50 worry-free miles on the wheel a couple days later. Stopping by handlebars is an absolute must, if you are serious about cycling. They have seasoned professionals to help with everything from PROPERLY ...

These guys are great. Once you get to know them & go to the shop a couple times you really build up a rapport with them. I've bought a Trek Checkpoint from them alongside a plethora of tires, tubes, and other accessories. They've fixed any issue I've had across the variety of bikes I own and have been great at offering up guidance and help along the way. Whether you've been riding for decades or you just started they're a great shop and great resource.
