I brought my father to the shop to help him purchase his very first road bike. Everything was excellent — truly a five-star experience. The staff member who assisted us was very polite, and he provided thoughtful and patient guidance even though my English skills aren’t very strong. Nick was super helpful, and seemed genuinely invested in making sure I found a bike that I liked, and met my needs, and wasn't just trying to make a sale... he was also incredibly chill, or "passed the vibe check" as the kids say. Also appreciate the person that loaded my bike in the car, and explained the proper way to do it, so I could do it myself in the future. Will def be back for any future bike needs

Excellent bike shop. Nick helped me out from the time I walked in all the way through my MTB purchase. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. I will be a Northstar customer for life. I highly recommend checking them out if you're in the market for any bike or accessory.

We went to Northstar to buy a bike for my wife. It went very well. We were able to take a few bikes on an extended test ride(30 mins.). Then ordered the bike she wanted and it was delivered & ready in 10 days. The bike comes with 1 year of adjustments and flat repair if needed.
