I was sold a bike here during covid and was told it was "the only used bike in the store my size". I was very transparent about wanting to get into actual mountain biking with small jumps and trails. Come to find out it's a 25 year old GT that is 18" center to center and the stem was extended past the minimum line to fudge the fit for a 6'2" rider. A Top-Notch Experience! After a frustrating experience elsewhere, I took my bike to Rick's Bike Shop in Buffalo to have a crankshaft replaced, and I couldn't be happier with the service! Wanted to love it here. Last year I bought my bike here and everything was great. Took it back this year for a tune up and it’s been interesting. I noted it was squeaking and the issue has not been fixed. I even made the mistake to use silicone spray on the brakes to hopefully solve the issue. Needless to say I came in asking for a fix to the squeaking and I need new brakes. I thought this would solve the issue. Nope! Still squeaking, I’ll go somewhere that knows what they are doing.

What reassured me the shop employees there had my best interest in mind was the sincerity, and patience with me as a customer. While waiting for my bike I read online stories about the shop returning bikes to their owners that had been stolen, and brought in for sale. Later that day zinwalked by one of the bikes from these stories being used by its original owner again months after the post. Thanks again,

They fixed up my low end road ace 303 bike made it shift smoother with a tune up...made the front wheel perfectly straight ....did a great handle bar wrap ..all with staff and mechanics that are good at what they do... and take time to explain little things that made a huge difference with great customer service and what I felt were very good prices
