what a nice bike shop! Had to order some speciality tools from them via the online store for in-store pickup. Quick turn around and better prices than amazon or eBay plus I was very happy I could keep the money local. Convenient location right on the strip in Henrietta.

Awesome experience. The kind you need when you’re going to spend way more than you would like to but only as much as you have to to get the perfect bike for you. Joel answered every question, provided plenty of pertinent easy to understand information and gave us space to look and make decisions.

This is my second bike purchase at the same store and after 5 years I still continue riding it with zero problems. Sales people were excellent and very helpful in choosing the right bike again! Highly recommended and would definitely shop there again!

Have been looking for an E bike for quite a long time looked online found Burts bikes, and we went there and everyone there was really friendly and very nice. They spent a lot of time with me and I got the perfect bike.
