Dave and Kevin are certainly professional mechanics who will deliver what they say. I have a older mountain bike that needed a brake upgrade and suspension service. I was properly quoted in advance. The staff helped me make informed decisions for my skill level, budget, and existing equipment components. The bike was serviced in the time frame that was discussed, it was delivered on time exceeding every expectation in every way possible. I cannot recommend this shop enough for any simple or e...

Tune MTB is hands-down the best spot in Rochester for suspension overhauls and high-end bike service. Dave and Kevin are always incredibly personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable—they take the time to explain everything and get your bike dialed perfectly. I've trusted them with suspension work many times, and it's always come back riding better than new. Highly recommend for anyone serious about their riding!

I recently visited this shop for the first time to get my wheelset converted to tubeless – something I'd been nervous about tackling myself as a total newbie to the process. Super fair – way less than I'd ...

I do the basics on my bikes — small adjustments, cleaning, lubricating — but this week I brought a couple of them over to Tune MTB in Village Gate. To my surprise, one of the owners, Dave Remy, was the same person who had been taking care of my bikes years ago at another shop that was historically excellent. Dave gave my bike the same kind of attention he always has: careful, thorough, a...

This place is the real deal. That's all I can say. Owner extremely patient and knowledgeable. The nicest dudes that aren't condescending and just love mountain bikes. As soon as I stepped in, just got a weird feeling there wasn't going to be any BS. Inquired about a rear shock and the owner let me borrow one until I got my replacement, just so I could ride my new bike? Totally different experience from other shops that feel more like bike dealerships than a down-to-earth experience. How a loc...
