I’m obsessed with my new ebike, it’s unbelievably fun to ride! I really love the service at this shop. Eric is knowledgeable about bikes, super friendly staff, and even helped me load my bike into the car. The prices are fair and reasonable for the quality of the bikes. Ever since I moved to Pittsburgh, I haven’t gone to any other shop!

Fantastic experience here!! I called in for an "emergency" to get my MTB tire fitted because I couldn't do myself. Manager Corey told me to stop in same day and he'll see what he can do. Well, he got it all fitted & aired up in no time at all. He even lined up the valve stem perfect with the lettering on my tire. With my ocd that's a huge deal lol He knows what he's doing. They have a beautiful shop in sq hill. Highly recommend!! Ty again Corey🤘🏻

They can be quite careless. I replaced my front shifter 1 year ago here. The shifter has been quite stiff from the very beginning. And it is fully stuck now. I went back to the bike shop they suggest me to replace the cable and housing and told me that I need to replace the wheels and all the brake pads, which adds up to about $350. As I left my office on campus today ready for a nice ride home, I felt my back wheel suddenly stop. I got off and sadly had ripped a spoke from the rim and also had at least one crack at another apot on my wheel as well. I loaded my bike onto a 61D and dragged it up to BikeTek. They were very nice and helpful and had a wheel in stock that worked - 30 ish minutes later, my bike was ready for me to ride the rest of my commute home! This is the BEST bike shop in Pittsburgh. Very professional and accommodating. Took my problem and returned my bike to perfect operating condition. Will always only use this business.
