I got 2 Mokwheel Ebikes from here a few years ago. We loved the 1 on 1 service. Al was clear and patient with us. I was having issues getting the right bike for my wife because she is so short. Al took the time to get her in the perfect bike after mutiple stops looking at different shops and bikes. We have since been riding in multiple parks, in the forest, and camping trips. Hands down the best customer service experience I e honestly had. From first interaction to even now Tyler has been nothing but kind, efficient and informative. My husband and I live close to the DC border in MD and we did the 7hr drive to and from happy. Normally closed on Sundays he made it possible so we could pick up the e-bikes and take them back home before our vacation. HIGHLY recommend to anyone!!
