Had never been to this shop before and what a surprise. Fantastic stock, perfect location for a test ride and a super helpful, friendly staff. I couldn't find the bike I wanted in my area, but Pro Bike & Run had it and I made the drive from my home in Cleveland to purchase it. Josh T was working the day I came in and was the first person I spoke with a week and a half earlier to see if it was in stock. He held the bike for me until I could get to Pittsburgh and was very helpful in setting it...

Staff had no knowledge of brakes to help me obtain replacements despite having a photo of the brakes and knowing my bike brand. Why call yourselves bike professionals? Then after bringing my bike into the shop, the next day, they still could not help me. The tech took my rear tire apart to look at the brakes and now all my gears skip. My bike is now un-rideable and they claim they won't do anything to help me.

I came in to purchase two bikes, for me and my partner. Derrick and Zeke were excellent in answering all my questions and advising me on which bikes best fit our casual, urban biking routes. We ultimately landed on the Canondale Quick CX 2’s and swapping out the handlebar stems to adjustable stems. The bikes were shipped in from other stores and fully assembled within 2 weeks. We’re very pleased with our overall experience!
