MEC Quebec City

If you like wasting your time looking for price tags or the floor staff to tell you the price tag of an item, don't bother, go elsewhere such as SAIL or Latulipe. They have all their tags on all their pegs or attached to the item, so you don't have to look for a floor staff to help you out. I've wasted 20 mins looking for floor staffers at MEC to get me some price tags but when I found them, they were too busy talking about their new g/fs or what they did on their last weekend at the cottag...

Went looking for beginner climbing equipment with my girlfriend and we were met with the most patient and welcoming gentlemen. Both had really precious and detailed advices about shoes and harnesses. I am a bit sad that i couldn't buy from them at the time but i will 100% follow their advices when i'll be able to afford some gear. If you need advices about climbing equipment, i strongly recommend the experts employees at MEC! Thank you!

We got helped by Luna and we're very satisfied. Had to exchange shoes that were to small and Luna went the extra mile and made an extra effort to find our shoes. Job well done thanks Luna!
