After 10 days of communication with Tristan I drove eight hours with a bank draft and cash in hand to buy a used bike. Even with days of prior notice the bike was not prepped, not cleaned, didn't have the battery connected. Do not this company. I would give zero stars if possible. They did not honour the 30 day warranty on the motorcycle we purchased. Moreover, when we drove from another province to go pick the bike up, it was not ready, and the staff were not only unavailable when we arrived at the agreed-upon time they were disorganized. I am a great customer and never do reviews but if you put a warranty in place, it should be honored. That’s just bad business.

Rented a Venture star for a day, drove around Ile D’Orleans and had a great day. Woke up to pouring rain the next morning with no rain gear - JP came and picked up the bike for a reasonable fee. Great customer service!!
