Fairhaven Bicycles

Picked up my new rig from Fairhaven cycles. My last frame cracked in 3 places after going to REI for a tune up. Really happy with the rig so far. Many thanks to Seth for helping me shop for the rig and tuning it for my riding style. Shop local and support small businesses they will treat you right.

I am a total bike newbie, and Seth was super helpful and answered all my questions about ebikes. Made a quick seat post swap to make sure it fit me perfectly, and got me set up with all the gear I needed. Great experience here; I'm so excited to pick up my bike!

Seth at Fairhaven Bicycles is amazing! He spent about an hour with me on my initial visit. I haven't ridden in a long time (10 years), and I didn't feel like a moron when I couldn't remember the specific names of the bicycle components (stem, post, etc.). I am short, so my options of available bikes are limited. Seth didn't stear me away from what I wanted (not available) but offered multiple alternative options. Ive never left a google review but Seth from Fairhaiven Bikes time after time ensures that any bike issue I have is dealt with ASAP. He knows his stuff and is so eager to get everyone back on the trails. Simply the best service i have ever got from anyone at a bike shop ever!!!

The people at this shop are the best. They are knowledgeable and kind. The shop is kept up beautifully, well organized, and comprehensive. Staff have given me excellent guidance on all my gear and other questions.
