Fantastic shop and staff. Had the pleasure of building a new downhill rig with them. We spun the Black Friday prize wheel and got a discount I couldn’t argue. The team is fun , energetic and thorough. They kept me included during the build process with updates and made some upgrades along the way. Highly recommend

Purchased a Stumpy 15 pre-build and when I received, the attention to detail with the prep and propack was really impressive. Cables are super tidy. Brakes are perfect, and everything was protected well frame-wise. So stoked on this as quality with this stuff seems to be lagging more and more these days. Not to mention that it was at no additional cost. Will for sure continue to order from these guys

Sam and Joe worked with me over days to help me put together my perfect order. Their communication was always quick and thorough without ever making feel like I was asking too many questions. When I received my order, the frame was packaged incredibly well, demonstrating the same high level of care in the customer service they provided was matched in the shipping department as well. Just want to express a huge shout out to the amazing staff at Fanatik. They were so helpful at the NW Cup rave at Stevens Pass. They had the tire we needed in stock for my kiddos bike, and they jumped right on my bike when I bent my rim in the middle of practice. Everyone was super knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. I will be a customer for life even though we live another state away! Thanks again!

Best bike shop I’ve been to in years, if not ever. Staff is super friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable. You can tell they’re passionate about it. They’ll get you set up with the best gear/bike for what you want/require. They’ve squared me away multiple times. The service shop seems good, too. I needed some help breaking a lock ring on a hub free. The guy helped me immediately, took the wheel back, and broke it free. Didn’t charge me and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.
