I really wanted to like the this place, but I walked in TWICE completely ready to purchase a bike $$$$. I narrowed it down to three Transition models and I just needed help talking them through and sizing. Both times I walked around, waited, and stood at the cash register waiting for help but I felt invisible. Team members welcomed friends and regulars while I waited. So great to finally make a trip down to the home of Transition Bike co. Really loved the outpost experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful setting as well. I will definitely be back. Next time with my Spire. Giddy up!
