This bike shop is such a great part of the Ballard community :) I brought in my old bike for new brake pads, and they told me I didn’t actually need new ones -- just a brake adjustment. Super honest and friendly people. They also helped me replace my bike seat the other day when I couldn’t get it off myself. Highly recommend!

Tim was super patient with my husband and me over two days and helped us pick out and test e-bikes. As novices, we had many questions and concerns that he answered with expertise and grace.
