Seattle Electric Bike

Their sales department is unprofessional and uncommunicative. I ordered 3 Tern accessories in October and was told they would take a week to arrive. After two weeks, I called back and was told another week. This repeated several times. I wouldn't hear from them for 2 weeks, I would call and they would tell me, one more week. I finally got 1 order mid-December, 1 order late December. I'm still waiting on the final part of the order now in January (I don't expect to ever receive this seat pad)...

3.5 I ordered my ebike from here because I wanted to support local. The man I spoke to was pretty helpful. Unfortunately, the bike took way too long to arrive. Had I known it would have taken this long, I would have waited because now there’s a $200 sale and we’ve hit the rainy season as well, so it wasn’t ready for what I wanted. Ken provided me with a comprehensive explanation of their electric bike options and why they are so selective in choosing their vendor partners. I purchased bike accessories and Zach was able to install them while I waited. The Seattle Electric Bike team are true professionals.
