I’m a relatively new cyclist and purchased a BMC Roadmaster 01 FOUR in October, 2025. I had a very positive experience from start to finish and didn’t feel rushed or that I was being “sold.” All my questions were answered completely and everyone I interacted with was very helpful and thorough. I even received a follow-up call to make sure all was going well. Highly recommend Westside Bicycle.

Just had my ebike serviced and new tires put on. This bike has never felt better to ride. They have exceeded their own best.

Wow! This place is great… came in to see how much a brake tuneup would cost as my front brakes were not working… Peter came up right away and started adjusting my brakes! He offered to give them an adjustment and see if we need to do anything further as they were booked out several weeks… He went above and beyond for well over 15 min.
