My son recently got a bike to ride to and from school, but one morning we discovered he had a flat tire. He needed it fixed ASAP or he'd have to walk. I called around, but most places were closed today (Sunday). Thankfully, this shop was open when no one else was, and they went above and beyond to help us out. Pretty poor customer service overall. It took me 3 visits to get the right tube for my bike despite showing him the same tube info I needed each time, and the guy didn't really care. The tube had a faulty valve that went flat the first time I tried pumping it up, which may or may not be on the shop but either way I am not dealing with their service again.

I took my son’s ebike in there and they were super quick to get it back up and running. The staff were super friendly and did not try and upsell any unnecessary parts. Will definitely return.
