My experience with Steve at PEDEGO in Peoria was great. They fixed an ongoing problem with my trike and came up with solutions to make my trike more comfortable. I so appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to think outside the box to make my ride so much more comfortable…they actually listened to me! Great bikes and fantastic service at this PEDEGO store!

We had such a great time! The owners were awesome, great customer service. It was our first time using electric bikes. The helmets have a walkie talkie capability, so you can stay connected with co-riders. The nearby trails are expansive with nice views. Great workout!

Steve and other guys are so helpful and kind. Anytime I feel like I want something new for my bike they are there to help. The service is fast also. We ride our pedego bikes every night even when it's been 106° we turn our lights on and travel all over Sun City. What a great way to exercise. Picking this shop was easy, because I had done my research, and had already decided on a Pedego, just not a model. I met Steve, my local dealer, and and he was very helpful. After several visits and test rides, he helped me make the right decision: the Ridge Rider. We negotiated and agreed on the bike configuration, and it was ready on time and configured as promised.
