I put a lot of miles on my bike and try to handle most of the maintenance myself. But sometimes a job is just too complicated and needs a professional. I like this place because they don’t try to upsell me or do work I didn’t ask for. Their prices are fair, and the turnaround time is quick. Getting my bike back the next day at a reasonable cost is what keeps me coming back to Golden Spoke Cyclery.

My 95 yo mother had an issue with one of the handbrakes on her rollater/walker. I was not sure who to turn to. Discussed problem with a friend who recommended Golden Spoke to me. I stopped in and explained the problem. Was told to bring it in and let him take a look at it. Within minutes I was walking out with the issue resolved. Excellent customer service! I've been going to Golden Spoke for several years. I wanted to write a review because I was very impressed the other day when I brought my bike in a for tube replacement. It was affordable and I was impressed with how quickly it was handled, and with the care I saw the guy doing the work put in- he made sure the tire was balanced,he added a washer because something seemed off to him, he topped off the air in my other tire and adjusted something. Overall I just saw a lot of care for a good price.

You would think that their prices are much higher than online retailers, but in fact they are very reasonable and their service is terrific!
