Hands down the best shop in town. These guys know their stuff and take amazing care of their customers. I've sent friends and co-workers to them and they get the same experience. They helped us get the perfect bikes and now its a lifestyle.

We rolled in and Jerry got our bikes on the rack fixed the bikes and had us going in no time great service and very knowledgeable mechanics one of the best bike shops I have ever seen wonderful experience and it's right off the Southern tier bike route

Okay… so SWB literally saved Christmas. The customer service I received was beyond anything I expected. Assembling a toddlers bike on Christmas Eve and we broke the stem to the tube. I was scrambling to find a bike tube (14” which is apparently not common) and I couldn’t find one anywhere. Called SWB which happened to be an hour after close, and a man answered- letting me know they were closed but asked how he could help me. Long story short(ish), he waited for me to come buy the tube I neede...

Massive Shout Out to Michael at SWB. I came in because my son's chain on his bike came off and there was another small issue that caused it and Michael got me in and out in like 20 mins. He fixed my son's bike and was both professional and personable. A great location. Highly Recommend!!

Great shop. So got a killer deal on an awesome bike (best deal in the valley-FACTS- I called around) but later I needed to stop by for repairs (self-inflicted) and nuisance creaking and the shop had me in and out same day with no judgement, friendly instruction and best of all no charge because the bike was still 30 days under warranty. Honesty and professional customer service would get them 10 stars if I could.
