Excellent experience buying my new 2026 Specialized Crux Expert (AKA the 'Ozempic' of gravel bikes) from Steve and Cale! Top-notch customer service and communication made the purchase a breeze and got me out riding as quickly as possible. I look forward to getting a bike fit with Steve as soon as possible.

Had a flat riding the canal and realized this shop was a few blocks away. I only live in the area part time so I don’t know anything about them but I walked in, walked out less than ten minutes later, back in business. Happy to find they stock Maurten gels as well. This looks like a shop I should get to know more, lots of nice accessories and they did me a solid on the spot. Thanks guys!

Visiting Scottsdale for vacation and traveling with my bike. Needed to make sure my rear derailleur had proper torque... they helped me on the spot... Great people... super nice in-stock bikes.

I have a beach cruiser style bike and the chain popped off while riding it. I could not get that chain on for anything- not even eith assistance. I took my bike in and they fixed it in about 10 seconds. 😆😆😆 Then they filled my tires up for me unprompted. They wouldn't take a cent for helping me. I fully expected to pay for the chain fix even though it was done so fast! That is still a service. So helpful, kind, and friendly. I will be giving them my business when my bike needs any fixin...
