Excellent place to rent e-bikes on our weekend trip to Scottsdale! The staff are super friendly and made it quick and easy at this convenient bike-friendly location. The bike was extremely comfortable and the options to pedal, pedal-assist, or use the throttle to just “go” made it so enjoyable!

1st time on e-bike. Staff was super helpful with educating me about the bike. The Arizona Canal was perfect for learning the basics. It was simple to reserve. Online waiver. An overall fantastic experience. Thank you Magnum.

We came in a few weeks ago and had many questions about E bikes for my 13-year-old son. Charlie was very knowledgeable and answered every question with a smile. He also wasn’t pushy which I admired. When my son saved up enough money, we went back and we bought the bike and helmet and lock. Again Charlie as well as Nick gave us top-notch service. It means a lot to me to have people actually care when we buy something. I can’t say enough about Magnum bikes. Charlie and Nick deserve a raise.😉

I purchased a new Low Rider E-Bike approximately 11 months ago from this location. The initial sales transaction was fair and professional. However, it was approximately two weeks after the transaction, the front and rear brakes weren’t operating properly! The bike was taken back in, and at no charge, the brakes were bled of air.
