I inherited a beach cruiser from my sister. It had been neglected. It needed attention. I dropped it off for a tuneup. They told me it would likely be ready in 3 days and they would call if anything needed extra attention. They did exactly what they said they would do. Fabulous experience purchasing my new bike. After 90 days they adjusted the position of the bike seat and gave it a tuneup. Superb service by friendly people. Highly recommend Bike emporium.

Great communication throughout the transaction. Easy pick up and return. Hung out and talked bikes with mechanics for a few, really a great group of people working there. They had a great selection of mountain bikes as well, to rent or buy, definitely recommend this place

Easy to make a bike reservation ahead of time. Staff helped me choose a route to ride and had great local information, very helpful. The bike I rented was nice except the brakes needed adjustment. Overall, very good experience and would rent from them again.

I had a great experience renting a bike with Bike Emporium. From the initial phone call to picking it up, everyone was helpful and friendly. I also love that they name their bikes :) I will definitely rent a bike from them again!
