Fantastic e-bike rental experience and great bike (Santa Monica) with pedal assist and throttle. I had an amazing solo ride along the canal and greenbelt path, with a stop at the Scottsdale “waterfront” for an ice cream at Jeni’s! What an amazing experience. Never been on a electric bike before but with my first time with my wife and son, we enjoyed our visit. Definitely recommend just a get out and enjoy the cool weather. Abe was great and wonderful customer service.

My husband rented a bike from this place. It was late when he was able to arrive there to rent it. He was rushed out no paperwork, no receipt or return date, or no key. He asked them multiple times to ensure that the bike would be good for his primary means of transportation. 10 days later the bike randomly dies regardless of the battery life. The chain has come off several times. The lights no longer work. This is extremely disheartening as he was using this bike to get to and from his cance...
