Aaron, Mason, and Christain are the backbone of the success of the Bicycle Ranch. They seamlessly mastered service excellence while I asked questions. I highly recommend you take your older bike for a tune-up or purchase a new bike. Thanks Aaron, Mason and Christai you, Rock!!
Purchased a replacement dropper and took almost 2 weeks to ship to my address. It ended up being the wrong part and they wouldn’t accept a return because of a standard 30 day return policy. Now I’m stuck with an unused part I can’t use. I understand policy but you are small business who caters to a niche market do better
We arrived at Bicycle Ranch about 10 minutes before closing to get help with a flat tire. I was fully expecting to drop it off and pick it up another day. The staff said they could fix it on the spot. 10 minutes later we were out the door and my son was happy to be able to ride his bike when we got home. Thank you!
Came in with a front tire flat, where the guy with glasses was working the front desk. He just stared at me like I insulted his whole bloodline and barely muttered that he would fix it. A few mins later it was fixed, where he continued to creepily stare unnervingly. My axle was giving me problems, so I asked if they sold the size of axle I had (which they didn't, no big deal) but he just shook his head and acted like I was the dumbest guy ever. I asked if they had any axle bolts, and he said ...
I brought my bike because it had a flat tire. They claimed that my gear wasn't switching quickly enough. They suggested adjusting it for a fee. I paid, and as soon as I got home, I tried to shift gears while riding, and the chain snapped, indicating that they had adjusted it too tightly. My bicycle is a relatively new Trek FX5. Never had an issue with the bike. They charged me for both the new chain and labor. A very shady method for getting customers to pay more.
