Picked up 2 new e-bikes after ordering online. Decided to add mirrors, a bell and pannier while in shop. Parker did a great job and promptly installed the additions. He also mounted and explained our new Thule rack. Finally he loaded the bikes and reminded us we had 90 days for a free tuneup. Great service👍!

Excellent quick service. I went in because my bontrager 12 speed hub was loose. The mechanic looked at it immediately and diagnosed a possible warranty issue. Because I was leaving for Canada shortly, he temporarily tightened the cassette so I could carry on. No charge !! Amazing !!

I just rushed in because the big box stores did not have bikes left, and we only realized we needed to get one a few days ago. I asked a few questions, they were very knowledgeable, and then I realized no one else was in the store. Asked when they closed, they said 15 minutes ago, and they were really polite about it. I felt terrible but they assured me it was fine. Buying local from people who care stays undefeated. 10/10 will always return.

I had such an amazing experience here today! David really helped me find the right bike for my needs and went out of his way to really educate me on my purchase. I am thrilled with my new bike and bike rack and will return here for supplies and repairs when needed. I felt a sense of trust and knowledge not found at other bike shops. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
