BFF Bikes

I absolutely love bffb. I've done a group ride with them, come to a pop-up they hosted (with bike lane uprising), and bought my Zwift from them. They're so generous with their time and expertise. They're not even in my neighborhood, and I go out of my way to come here.

I scheduled an appointment to get my bike fitted ergonomically. I had been meaning to do it for a few years, but I finally pulled the trigger and was really impressed to see all the intricacies and measurements made to ensure my ride was well fit to my body. Without an appointment, I brought my 75 year old bike to be fixed. I was greeted with a smile and my bike was attended to right away. While I waited, I remembered I needed a new bell and front/back lights. They installed the bell and showed me how to install the lights. This was all done quickly and I was able to ride home with a fixed fender, a new bell and air in the tires. Perfect!

I needed a derailleur adjustment - I have gone to another bike shop for years but they are 3 miles away. I decided to try BFF as they are a couple blocks away. I didn’t have scheduled appt and when I showed up they were super busy….,but they took my bike and my info and had my bike ready the next day! I’m so happy I tried this place!
