such great customer service!! i recently bought a bike and ordered a lock online, that wouldn't be delivered in time, they offered to let me borrow one while my new one came in!! they're so nice, and i'll definitely be back in the future for tune-ups, help and more :)

This is a fantastic e-bike shop in Chicago. they are knowledgeable and work on all types of electric bikes, and their staff is super knowledgeable. The customer service was awesome, and they are a really nice group of people working at the store. Super professional. Will be back for any of my Ariel rider’s maintenance needs.

- This bike shop does tune ups and repairs for ebikes! (Even my ebike that I bought online and not at this shop!) - Friendly & knowledgeable staff - Fair prices - I rode my bike home after picking it up from repairs, very happy

Stopped by this shop to see if they could help me fix my wobbly stem on my electric scooter. The gentleman that helped me out was very willing to help and tried a bunch of stuff to help me out. When I offered to pay him he said it wasn’t necesssry. Very nice place! Will definitely go back if I need help in the future!

Chris at EZ rider was great and very helpful. I rented an e-bike for ‘Bike the Drive’. The bike was brand new and easy to ride. He was flexible with the rental hours so I could start the ride at 7am. He had a large selection of bikes - from kids to adults, from traditional to super duper eBikes. Thanks Chris and I hope do be back next year to ‘Bike the Drive’ again on one of your bikes.
